Allstate invites individuals to become Owner and Operator of an Allstate agency. This in‑office role allows you to build a successful business by offering Allstate products and services to customers in your community. Responsibilities Lead a successful team. Qualifications Prior business or franchise ownership preferred, but not required. Previous insurance experience a plus, but not required. Experience in day‑to‑day operations, budgeting, planning, and staffing strategy or business or sales management. Required to obtain all applicable state licenses for property & casualty, life & health before appointment with Allstate.
