Nautilus Health is searching for a contract Advanced Practice Provider in the El Paso area. The pay is $150 per visit. The exemplary candidate will deliver superior patient care within the home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and formulate individualized care plans.
- Administer and manage patient medications.
- Employ robust clinical skills in areas such as medical-surgical care.
- Execute venipuncture and specimen collection processing.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide utilization management support to optimize healthcare resources.
- Maintain accurate and current medical records.
- Adhere to workers' compensation legislation and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program or a Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing.
- Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
- Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the relevant specialty area.
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in home, clinic, and hospital settings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of workers' compensation law.
- Expertise in managing complex wounds.
- Proficient in PICC, midline and peripheral IV.
- Proficiency in assessing the need for rehabilitation care
