Busy Napa Autocare shop, 42 years in Cheyenne, diesel and gas light and heavy-duty pickup trucks. Med-truck & fleet work, some bus and motorhome.

5 Technicians - Napa TRACS POS with Auto Vitals, ATI shop

Shop is in downtown Cheyenne since 1993. 12,00 sq/ft. Alignment center, DynoJet Dyno4, Mobile column lifts (15K) 4 2-post lifts, 1-14,000# scissor lift.

Job Details:

Greeting customers and documenting vehicle concerns.
Creating repair orders/work orders.
Communicating estimates and repair progress.
Coordinating with technicians.
Scheduling appointments.
Processing invoices and payments.
Maintaining customer records.
