Overview Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (LTC) in Berlin, Vermont, United States. Start date: 09/28/2026 for a 16-week travel assignment in a long-term care facility. Weekly pay ranges from $2,139 to $2,246. Shift: 3x12-hour days. This position is a travel - temporary assignment staffed through Healthforce Healthcare LLC. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,139–$2,246 per week Contract duration: 16 weeks Shift: 3x12-hour days Location: Berlin, VT Travel - temporary assignment in a long-term care setting Orientation: Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays; next available 10/12 Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, including assessment and ongoing monitoring Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy, documenting responses and adverse events Perform routine and focused physical assessments, identify changes in condition, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team Collaborate with nursing staff and other disciplines to develop and update care plans; monitor residents with dementia and respond to behavioral and medical needs Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation in the facility’s electronic medical record; ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements Float to other units as needed to support patient care and unit coverage Requirements BLS through American Heart Association (AHA) required Minimum 3 years of RN experience Prior travel nursing experience preferred LTC experience required Floating required; willingness to float to other units as needed Comfort working with residents who have dementia Benefits and Support Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays; next available 10/12 Support throughout the assignment from a dedicated recruiter Clear communication about schedule and assignments with upfront discussion of hours and expectations Access to standard travel nurse support resources through the staffing organization
