As a Market Associate :

• you'll be the welcoming face of the Ideal Market's team for every guest who visits our stores. 
• you'll keep our stores running smoothly — from stocking shelves and preparing food to providing friendly, efficient customer service at the register. 
• you'll be provided with opportunities to learn multiple responsibilities through cross-training in all store functions. 
• you'll have access to full- and part-time work available to fit almost any schedule.

• Capacity to multitask and stay organized in a busy store
• Ability and willingness to work all shifts to cover when needed
• Applicant who is 20+ years old (due to the sale of age-restricted items)
• Cashier experience preferred, but not required
• Prior retail or food service experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
