Athletic Faculty Manager - Middle School/High School

Assist the North Ridgeville City Schools Athletic Department with the day to day operations of its programming.

Qualifications:

• Act as a proper role model for staff and students both in the school and outside the district.
• Possess a positive coaching philosophy and excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Previous high school coaching experience preferred.

Performance Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

• Supporting high school/middle school sports programs by attending practices, games and competitions that the athletic director cannot attend.
• Supporting all players, coaches and officials during games and competitions.
• Responsible for site supervision during athletic contests as assigned by the athletic director.

Other Professional Expectations: Perform other such duties as the board may direct.

Additional Working Conditions: Occasional exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and tissue. Occasional interaction with unruly children. The employee shall remain free of any alcohol or non-prescribed controlled substance in the workplace throughout his/her employment in the district. In addition, the employee shall be free of any substance, prescribed or otherwise, that impairs the employee's work performance or the safety of others while on duty.
