Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,403 per week

Job Title Travel Outpatient Rehabilitation Therapist – Buckeye, Arizona Job Summary Travel assignment of 13 weeks with a start date of ASAP. Work 40 hours per week on an 8‑hour day shift (5x8 or 4x10). 8‑hour shift style of travel assignment. Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient rehabilitation therapy to adults and adolescents. Maintain an average of 10‑15 visits per day and 25‑30 cases per week. Conduct case management, screen patients, and build caseload. Perform fall risk assessments and gross motor assessments. Treat musculoskeletal conditions including Achilles tendonitis, ACL tear, post‑operative back pain, calf strain, carpal tunnel syndrome, disc herniation, stress fractures, osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff non‑surgical interventions, total joint replacement post‑operative care, and others as listed with osteoporotic and TMJ issues. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field. Minimum 2 years of outpatient physical therapy experience. Current BLS/BCLS certification. Proficiency in NextGen EHR system. Ability to work a day shift (8‑hour).
