Retail Sales Associate (Base plus Commission)
Electronic Express is hiring motivated Sales Associates to deliver a first-class customer experience in electronics and appliances. If you enjoy sales, customer interaction, and earning commission, this is a great opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding company.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers and recommend solutions using basic selling skills
- Communicate the value of purchasing from Electronic Express
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor
- Uphold merchandising and inventory standards
- Handle cashiering, returns, and customer financing
- Consistently meeting sales goal requirements
Qualifications
- Sales experience a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Full-time and part time availability
