GA4/GTM - Analytics Consultant - Marketing Dashboards

GA4/GTM Analytics Consultant - Marketing Dashboards - Remote.

We are seeking a hands-on GA4/GTM Analytics Consultant to design and develop marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks. The focus is to enable the marketing team with clear visibility into campaign performance, customer journeys, conversions, and ROI.

The GA4 and GTM setup is already implemented and validated-this role is primarily focused on reporting, insights, and dashboard development, with some enhancements if required.

Key Responsibilities

• Review existing GA4 & GTM implementation and data structure
• Define marketing KPIs, attribution models, and reporting framework
• Design and build dashboards covering:
  • Marketing KPIs
  • Campaign performance
  • Conversion funnels
  • Revenue attribution
  • ROI & marketing effectiveness
  • Customer journey insights
• Identify tracking gaps and recommend additional events (e.g., checkout funnel steps)
• Ensure dashboards are business-friendly, actionable, and scalable

Technology Stack

• Mandatory: GA4, Google Tag Manager
• Preferred (Immediate): Looker Studio (quick deployment)
• Preferred (Strategic): Power BI + Microsoft Fabric
• Exposure to integrating Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads is a plus

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in GA4 and GTM
• Experience in marketing analytics and attribution modeling
• Proven experience building executive-level dashboards
• Hands-on experience with Looker Studio or Power BI
• Microsoft Fabric understanding (good to have)
• Experience with eCommerce funnels / conversion tracking preferred
