Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support physical therapy services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Working under the direction of a licensed PT, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercises, provide gait and balance training, and use modalities to improve function, mobility, and quality of life. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive, patient-centered culture focused on dignity, respect, and clinical excellence.
