- Make regular nursing rounds to evaluate resident care and handle routine nursing matters.
- Assist in assessing the physical, mental, and psychological status of all residents.
- Inform the physician of any changes and secure follow-up care as necessary.
- Ensure accurate documentation during your shift.
- Maintain and communicate current care plans for all residents.
- Competently perform nursing skills.
- Administer medication and medical treatment according to patient plan and company policy.
- Complete accurate charting, reporting, and progress notes.
- Provide exceptional patient care to the residents.
- Ensure accurate documentation throughout your shift.
- Possess an active and good-standing RN License
- Previous experience in a leadership role
