Nurse Practitioner /Physician Assistant (New Graduates Welcome)Specialty: Urology - Outpatient Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Location: Ottawa, Peru, Princeton, and Streator- Illinois Note: One provider will be required to float between all locations.SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing outpatient urology practice. The provider will deliver comprehensive urologic care in a supportive clinical environment with ongoing physician support. This role offers a weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities. Training will be provided for urology-specific procedures and protocols, making this an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and new graduates interested in the field of urology.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive outpatient urologic care.Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common urologic conditions.Manage conditions such as:Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)Urinary incontinenceErectile dysfunctionKidney stonesLow testosteroneRecurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs)Assist with urologic cancer surveillance and coordinate patient care with physicians.Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications.Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.Follow established clinical protocols and practice guidelines.QualificationsLicensed or license-eligible Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Illinois.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Interest in urology; prior experience is not required.Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff.New graduates are welcome to apply.BenefitsEmployer-paid health insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Signing bonusOngoing physician support and mentorshipStructured training for urology-specific procedures and protocols
