Role Description The Associate Financial Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pensacola, FL. This role supports clients and lead advisors by helping develop and implement financial plans focused on retirement, investment, and overall financial strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing client financial data, preparing plan proposals, monitoring investment portfolios, and assisting with product and service recommendations aligned with clients’ goals and risk tolerance. The Associate Financial Advisor will participate in client meetings, handle follow-up tasks, maintain accurate documentation in firm systems, and support ongoing client relationship management. The role also involves staying current on market trends, product offerings, and regulatory requirements, while collaborating closely with team members to deliver a consistent and compliant client experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to support comprehensive client strategies and recommendations. Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Investments to analyze portfolios, interpret market information, and evaluate investment options. Candidates should possess skills in Retirement Planning to help design and maintain long-term income and asset allocation strategies for clients. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field required. Relevant licenses (such as Series 7, Series 66 or 65 & 63, and applicable state insurances or willingness to obtain within a specified time period are required. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance. Client-focused mindset with the ability to build trust, maintain confidentiality, and work collaboratively in an advisory team environment. Pay and benefits: Starting salary of $75,000+ , commensurate with relevant experience, credentials, and qualifications. Candidates who bring an existing book of business or established client relationships may be eligible for a customized compensation package, including salary, incentive compensation, and revenue-sharing arrangements based on the scope and quality of the business transitioned to the firm.
