About the Role We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Car Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable buying experience. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities. Maintain a clean and organized sales environment. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. Be willing to undergo a background check and maintain a clean driving record. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous sales experience preferred, but not mandatory. Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Knowledge of automotive sales processes.
