Provide guidance to nursing staff and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations. Act as a liaison between residents, families, and the healthcare team. What We’re Looking For : Valid RN license in New Hampshire . Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills . Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment . Experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus.
