Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Sales Executive to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in driving new business development and managing client relationships within the Employee Benefits sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of employee benefits, and the ability to build and maintain a book of business.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 (commensurate with experience and book size)
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
• Work Environment: Remote position with provided equipment

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a book of business with a minimum revenue target of $750,000.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Employee Benefits sector, with a preference for real estate or technology accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and generate reports.
• Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Washington or Oregon.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Benefits sales, with a proven ability to build and manage a substantial book of business.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Preferred Background: Experience working with real estate or technology accounts is highly desirable.
