About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Brand Marketing to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the brand strategy, organic marketing, and creative execution, with a focus on maintaining and evolving the brand's positioning, voice, and visual identity. This role demands a hands-on approach, requiring the ability to translate a strong brand vision into scalable and consistent execution across all customer touchpoints. The Head of Brand Marketing will work closely with the founders, manage a small team, and be a key partner to the Head of Customer Experience & Retention, ensuring that the brand and customer experience are in perfect alignment. Applicants for the Head of Brand Marketing position at the company should have 6-10 years of experience in hands-on marketing, preferably within the health, wellness, supplements, or food sectors. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in building and scaling marketing programs, a keen eye for brand aesthetics, and a deep understanding of how brand activities impact key business metrics. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer and editor, analytical, and have a proven track record of managing and growing a team. A passion for scientific rigor, empathy for customers, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment are essential. The Head of Brand Marketing will be expected to be a strategic thinker, a creative problem solver, and a leader who can foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the brand team.
