Summary:

**Experience:** - Critical Care experience is a must. - PreOp experience is a plus. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-acuity patient area. **Skills:** - BCMA (Bar Code Medication Administration). - Excellent documentation skills. - Excellent communication skills with interdepartmental team. - Good critical thinking skills. **Certifications:** - BLS (Basic Life Support). - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support). **Advanced Skills:** - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support). **Clinical Experience:** - Procedures performed on the unit include large-bore IV starts, chin to toe hair removal, medication administration, skin assessment, and assisting with Arterial line, Central line, and Epidural placement, as well as transporting patients to OR and assisting with induction/intubation, positioning, and skin prep.
