Technical Lead

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Lead for a Contract with a client in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate with deep expertise in Adobe Marketo Engage and CRM integrations to deliver scalable, secure marketing technology solutions .

Rate Range: $45/Hour to $53/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Technical Lead Job Responsibilities include:

• Architect and design scalable Marketo environments, including governance frameworks, partition strategies, and lifecycle models.
• Develop and manage Marketo programs such as email campaigns, nurture flows, scoring models, and automation workflows.
• Lead system integrations with CRM platforms like Salesforce and ensure efficient data management and segmentation.
• Provide technical leadership by defining best practices, reviewing builds, and mentoring team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure platform optimization, performance, and alignment with marketing and business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6-10+ years of experience in marketing technology with strong focus on Marketo.
• Deep expertise in Adobe Marketo Engage, CRM integration (Salesforce), and marketing automation architecture.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, design scalable solutions, and manage complex integrations and data strategies.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $53.00 per hour
