Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Demonstrated experience with restorative programs, fall risk assessment, and mobility training preferred. Ability to document clinical progress using electronic medical records preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30.
