Overview Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (L&D) travel assignment in Bethel, Alaska. Start date: 09/15/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: 3,194–3,350 USD per week. Guaranteed hours: 32 per week. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $3,194–$3,350 per week Guaranteed hours: 32 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating Start date: 09/15/2026 Setting: Hospital travel assignment Responsibilities Deliver patient care through the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation Provide direct obstetric and newborn care, including monitoring fetal status, administering medications, and supporting families Collaborate with obstetric, neonatal, anesthesia, and other teams to develop and implement patient care plans Utilize fetal monitoring, interpret results, document findings, and respond to obstetric emergencies Educate patients and families, promote cultural sensitivity, and ensure age-specific care from birth through the elderly Maintain competencies, adhere to nursing standards and Alaska RN practice guidelines, and support continuous improvement in care delivery Requirements Active Alaska Registered Nurse license in good standing Current BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring certifications Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred Minimum 1–2 years of recent OB/L&D experience Ability to practice nursing in a hospital/L&D setting with rotating shifts Proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination required Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated support throughout the assignment Nationwide assignments available Note Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
