Key Responsibilities
* Meet with prospective clients (provided leads + self-generated opportunities)
* Conduct financial needs assessments and identify appropriate solutions
* Educate clients on financial strategies (retirement, protection, savings, etc.)
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Participate in training, coaching, and team development activities
* Track daily activity and progress toward personal goals

Compensation Structure
* Activity-Based Stipend: Earn consistent income based on key activities
* Performance Bonuses: Additional earnings tied to production milestones
* Commission Potential: Unlimited income based on client solutions implemented
* Long-Term Residual Income: Build a sustainable income stream over time

Training & Support
* Comprehensive onboarding program (no prior experience required)
* Ongoing 1 on 1 Coaching and Mentorship from experienced professionals

* Licensing support (where applicable)
* Weekly coaching and development sessions
* We help you earn the required licensing (Life, SIE, Series 7 and Series 66)
