Project Coordinator

Our values of integrity, collaboration, and excellence enable us to lead the industry in providing the optimal solution for our clients Keller is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator based out of our Kiowa, CO location. The Project Coordinator will provide support during the preconstruction and project delivery phases of our work. Responsibilities Review documents with project manager and track opportunities Download documents (plans, specs, geotechnical report and addenda) from plan rooms Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Maintain accurate project information in Groundworks (GW), SharePoint (SP), and Project Performance Management (PPM) for opportunities and active projects. Process purchase order requisitions, vendor invoices, and other project documentation in a timely manner. Support Project Managers with project administration while ensuring compliance with established company procedures. Assist in preparing change order proposals and other project correspondence for Project Manager review. Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders as directed. Coordinate meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and other business events, including scheduling, logistics, and meeting preparation. Maintain calendars and scheduling activities for project management and field personnel. Prepare, edit, format, distribute, and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, meeting minutes, and operational documentation. Review project documentation to identify inconsistencies between proposals, scope of work, and project specifications. Support subcontract administration, project updates, lessons learned, and closeout activities. Maintain weekly and monthly project updates within PPM and other required reporting systems. Prioritize multiple deadlines while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with project management systems such as Groundworks (GW), SharePoint (SP), and PPM is preferred.
