Our team thrives in a supportive, family-oriented environment built around excellence, recognition, empowerment, professional growth, and fun.Position ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, individualized care plans, and established nursing standards.Assess patient and resident needs and monitor for changes in condition.Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.Complete required nursing documentation accurately and on time.Communicate changes in condition to physicians, nursing leadership, and appropriate members of the care team.Assist with the development and implementation of individualized plans of care.Provide direction and support to nursing assistants and other assigned nursing staff as appropriate.Follow infection control, safety, regulatory, and NHC policies and procedures.Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate care environment.QualificationsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Tennessee, or a current multistate/compact license that permits practice in Tennessee.Graduate of an approved nursing program.Current CPR certification as required.Strong clinical judgment, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required.This position works a weekday night-shift schedule from 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., allowing team members to have weekends off.Eligible full-time hires may qualify for a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
