Responsibilities Safe and effective operation of Bucket Trucks for assigned tasks Mentor new hires as required Capability to carry and utilize a 28–32 ft ladder in locations inaccessible by bucket truck (climbing advantage is beneficial) Identify opportunities for improvement while creating and implementing viable solutions Availability for emergency repair calls on a 24‑hour standby schedule, including weekends and holidays, on a rotating basis with other standby crews Must be able to install and repair exterior cable hardline to include coax, 628 & 875, all counts of fiber and strands Must be proficient in using a lasher Prefer 2 years of experience but will train the right individuals Apply personal ethics, honesty, initiative, flexibility, responsibility, and confidentiality in all areas of responsibility Multi‑task and change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure Benefits Weekly pay Health, Vision, & Dental insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) plan Paid sick leave in accordance with any applicable state or municipal laws GridSource Inc., LLC is a proud supporter of our U.S. military, veterans, and their families—Thank You for Your Service!
