Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled individual with a broad range of construction abilities. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in scheduling various trades, including concrete work, rough and finish carpentry, millwork, plumbing, electrical, and more. Firsthand knowledge of some of these trades is preferred. You will be responsible for managing projects, subcontractors, leading small crews, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management – Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities

- Leadership – Leads / manages on-site teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among workers

- Budget Oversight – Monitors project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability

- Safety Compliance – Enforces safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times

- Client Interaction – Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing project updates.

- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure project specifications are met.

- Troubleshoot issues and develop creative solutions to challenges that arise on-site.

- Manage tools and equipment effectively, ensuring everything is in good working condition.

- Travel for out-of-town projects as required.

- Communication Skills!!!!!

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in multiple trades.

- Strong supervisory skills and experience managing subcontractors and team.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and an outside-the-box thinker.

- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable truck transportation for local projects.

- Communication Skills!!!!!
