Industrial Maintenance Lead

Job Description

THE ROLE

Build and run a preventive maintenance program
Troubleshoot breakdowns and get machines back up
Manage the spare parts inventory
Train operators on daily checks and basic upkeep
Lead by example for a clean, organized shop and schedule/ organize periodic cleanup days.

REQUIRED

3+ years ofindustrial maintenance experience on CNC equipment
Hands-on experience with high-pressure systems, hydraulics or waterjet pumps
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Basic electrical troubleshooting (motors, VFDs, sensors, control circuits)
Patient and willing to teach others
Able to lift 50 lbs

SCHEDULE

We're flexible for the right person. First, second or third shift, full-time or part-time, and weekend options such as Friday and Saturday are all on the table. Tell us what works for you.
