Responsibilities Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting existing customers, while supporting product conversions with new customers and attaining established sales goals including market share objectives in the prescribed territory. Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room through their clinical and product knowledge; present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products. Support customers by attending surgeries, ensuring proper equipment availability and performance, including optimization of trays; provide Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department consultation. Troubleshoot and provide other technical assistance, handle customer requests, and effectively manage hospital billing and purchase orders. Share key customer, procedural, and marketplace insights with other sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic account teams to improve solutions and service levels; prepare sales reports and documents as required. Maintain, track, and deploy equipment and assets throughout the assigned area to ensure product availability and present promotional materials in a presentable manner, ensuring DePuy Synthes services meet highest quality standards. Focus on customer satisfaction and retention, improving customers’ insights into DePuy Synthes tangible and non‑tangible value proposition and solutions; differentiate DPS products versus competition by providing unique insights. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + minimum of 2 years of professional and/or related experience. Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or related experience. Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty. Other Requirements The ability to work in a lab/operating room environment. A valid driver's license issued in the United States. The ability to travel, which may include weekend and/or overnight travel. Residence in or willingness to relocate to the posted territory. Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and business acumen skills. A qualified candidate will be efficient, organized, self‑motivated, positive, and proactive. Strong technical product knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, protocols, and solutions preferred. Compensation & Benefits Position is 100% commission/incentive compensation and is eligible for a bi‑weekly draw.
