YogaSix was established in 2012 and is the fastest growing boutique yoga company in the United States.Position: The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist with new membership sales, member retention, and day to day studio operations. Yoga fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required. Part or full time employment available.Job Requirements:Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skillsGoal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targetsStrong customer service skillsAbility to learn and use the ClubReady software systemMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and emailMust be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesMust have proficient computer skillsAttend special events and trainings as neededResponsibilities:Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the saleMeet and exceed sales goals as established by the Sales & General ManagerConduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport to facilitate salesBe knowledgeable about products, programs and pricingEmphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness providerBook quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotaMight participate in grassroots/community events (street fairs, farmers markets, community events, etc) to promote the studioAssists with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environmentOther duties as assignedRequirements:Employee must be able to work nights and weekends, especially during peak activity periods.May be required to sit or stand for up to 6 hours at a time.May be required to reach with hands and arms.
