As a Security Officer Full Time Reception Desk in Southaven, MS , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Officer in a healthcare location, you will welcome patients, visitors, and staff while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. You will help maintain a professional, reassuring presence, manage access procedures, respond to inquiries, and report security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide courteous customer service at the front desk of a healthcare location by greeting visitors, patients, vendors, and staff and directing them according to site-specific procedures.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying visitor credentials, issuing visitor badges as authorized, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Answer incoming calls, provide general information, and route calls or requests to the appropriate department while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific policies and emergency response procedures.
• Complete required reports, maintain accurate front-desk records, and communicate security-related observations, incidents, and concerns to Allied Universal leadership and client contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
