Part-Time Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Care Visits CareSense Home Care is seeking a Part-Time Pediatric RN to complete in-home nursing visits for pediatric clients. Responsibilities: * Complete initial and ongoing nursing assessments. * Perform required supervisory visits in clients’ homes. * Review plans of care and client needs. * Obtain and document vital signs and assessments. * Communicate changes or concerns with families and the care team. * Complete visit documentation accurately and timely. Qualifications: * Current Pennsylvania RN license. * Current CPR certification. * Pediatric or home care experience preferred. * Reliable transportation required.
