As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, manage a growing team, and help strengthen our brand and position within the marketplace. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in determining how our company and products are presented to customers. This position will work closely with leadership, sales, product development, and operations while overseeing the day-to-day marketing function. We are looking for someone who can lead a team, develop new ideas, and take ownership of projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities Lead and develop the marketing team by setting priorities, assigning projects, providing coaching, and supporting employee growth Develop and execute marketing plans that support company growth, sales objectives, and overall business strategy Oversee the company’s brand, messaging, and marketing materials across digital and traditional channels Partner with product development and sales on product launches, positioning, customer initiatives, and marketing materials Manage the company’s website, social media, email marketing, and other digital marketing efforts Monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth and new business Coordinate trade shows, industry events, outside agencies, vendors, and other marketing partners Manage the marketing budget, evaluate campaign performance, and present recommendations and results to company leadership Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 5+ years of marketing experience Previous experience managing people is required Manufacturing experience strongly preferred Strong leadership and management experience Comfortable developing strategy while also being involved in day-to-day execution Willingness to travel approximately 25% #J-18808-Ljbffr
