•\tCleans and restores building interiors damaged by fire, smoke, or water. General Accountabilities
•\tCleans and deodorizes walls, floors, and building contents.
•\tPacks and stores contents as required.
•\tRemoves and disposes of non-salvageable materials.
•\tExtracts water and moisture from buildings using commercial equipment, including air movers and dehumidifiers.
•\tPerforms light demolition and repair work as required.
•\tCleans, repairs, and restores carpet and upholstery.
•\tCleans and maintains equipment and vehicles.
•\tComplies with federal, state, and company safety and environmental rules.
•\t*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Job Qualifications
•\tEducation: High school diploma or equivalent
•\tExperience: At least one year of experience as a restoration technician preferred
•\tLicenses/Certifications: Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) preferred Skills
