The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, engineering, and renewable energy, with a focus on solar PV project management. Base Pay Range $115,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Lead and manage solar PV projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Coordinate and oversee permitting, interconnection, site development, and EPC processes. Utilize project management tools such as Procore, NetSuite, Salesforce, MS Project, and Bluebeam to track project progress and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project alignment and compliance. Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to effectively manage project teams and resources. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar PV project management or preconstruction. In-depth understanding of permitting, interconnection, site development, and EPC processes. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, NetSuite, Salesforce, MS Project, Bluebeam). Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. PMP or equivalent certification preferred. NABCEP PVIP certification preferred.
