This opportunity offers autonomy, professional stability, and the chance to make a meaningful, real-world impact.Who We're Looking For:An experienced Occupational Therapist interested in serving as a primary therapist from evaluation through discharge.Availability for approximately 15–20 hours per week across 3 days, with consistent client relationships.Passionate about functional, real-world rehabilitation delivered in homes and community settings.Motivated to help clients transition back to meaningful daily life, including managing and picking up their own prescriptions, returning to driving, transitioning back to work, participating in yoga, light hiking, and community activities.A clinician who thrives with autonomy while valuing collaboration with an interdisciplinary team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, LCSWs, and other specialists.Why Rehab Without Walls:We don't limit recovery to clinic walls. By bringing outpatient-level therapy to our clients, we help them practice skills where they matter most leading to stronger independence, better outcomes, and deeper therapeutic relationships.And unlike 1099 roles, this position is W2 PRN, offering:Organizational and clinical supportPayroll consistency and liability coverageAccess to training, leadership, and collaborative careFlexibility without sacrificing stabilityWhat You'll Receive:Flexible schedule created by you – built collaboratively with your clients.Hourly pay – paid for your time, not just visits.In-person, 1:1 therapy with indirect work completed from home (documentation & communication).Continuity of care as the primary therapist from evaluation to discharge.Interdisciplinary team collaboration & co-treat opportunitiesDrive time paid at your clinical rate + mileage reimbursementNo weekend shiftsEducational program accessGrowth & advancement opportunities within an innovative care model.If you're ready to practice occupational therapy in a way that's flexible, impactful, and truly patient-centered, we'd love to connect with you.Apply today and experience Rehab Without Walls bringing outpatient care to real life.ResponsibilitiesWhat you will do: Responsibilities listed include but not limited to:Perform evaluations and develop treatment plansRegularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferencesPerform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resourcesCommunicate patient's needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family membersCommunicates with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomesQualificationsWhat you will need:Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university with an accredited Occupational Therapy programCurrent, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist by state in which practicingCurrent CPR CertificationA minimum of one year's work experience as an Occupational TherapistDemonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferredCommunicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactionsAbility to lift 50 poundsMoving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety proceduresDuties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking/standing for extended periodsAdditional physical requirements include: pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at timesA health screen or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, depending on specific location policy, local and state regulations to verify employee is physically capable of performing assigned duties with or without reasonable accommodationsSalary RangeUSD $60.00 - $70.00 / Hour
