Logistics Center Manager

OneSparQ is looking for a Logistics Center Manager in Huntsville, Alabama.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of relevant warehouse inventory experience in the low voltage/telecom industry
• 1+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in a warehouse environment
• Strong inventory management, asset tracking, and documentation experience
• Experience running or managing a logistics center

Additional Skills: (not required)

• ServiceNow Experience (Tracks and manages IT requests, hardware/software assets, incidents, and system changes)
• Certifications preferred but not mandatory:

○ CompTIA Security+

○ MCITP (Enterprise Desktop Support Technician)

○ A+

○ HDI Desktop Support Technician

○ ITIL Foundation

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily Logistics Center operations and hardware support
• Manage inventory, asset tracking, shipping, receiving, and equipment deployment
• Oversee hardware staging, imaging, break/fix, RMA, and warranty processes
• Ensure secure hardware retirement, e-waste disposal, and data compliance
• Coordinate hardware needs, replacement equipment, and logistics with internal teams
• Lead and develop the Logistics Center team, including one-on-ones and training
• Monitor team performance, processes, and adherence to procedures
• Prepare monthly operational and performance reports
• Maintain team morale and collaboration
• Oversee technical support for hardware, CCTV, Windows 11, Microsoft/Google products, and ServiceNow
