Program Associate, The Philanthropic Initiative (TBF) As Greater Boston’s community foundation, the Boston Foundation devotes its resources to building and sustaining a vital, prosperous city and region, where justice and opportunity are extended to everyone. Through grantmaking, donor and funder partnerships and civic leadership work, we seek to address critical challenges, achieve high-impact philanthropy and serve as a hub and center for information, where ideas are shared, levers for change are identified, and common agendas for the future are developed. ABOUT THE POSITION The TPI Program Associate serves as a member of The Philanthropic Initiative’s (TPI) professional staff, focusing primarily on supporting programmatic and strategic planning work for TPI clients and projects. The Program Associate works collaboratively as a member of teams supporting specific TPI client engagements; assumes administrative responsibility for selected projects and programs; conducts research on philanthropic issues; and contributes to broader TPI marketing and thought leadership efforts. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Boston Foundation - Boston, MA
