Emergency Nurse (RN) in Mansfield, GA

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Proven experience working in Emergency Room (ER) environments
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate nursing care and rapid assessment of patients presenting to the ER
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to established protocols
• Closely monitor patients for changes in condition and act quickly in emergency situations
• Document patient care thoroughly and accurately in medical records
• Coordinate with physicians, allied health professionals, and family members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Follow all safety and infection control policies to maintain a safe patient environment
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and discharge instructions
