About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Program Operations to join its Executive Leadership team. This newly established role is pivotal in overseeing the organization's day-to-day administrative and accreditation workflows, with a strong focus on standardizing processes and building organizational scalability. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic operational leadership, workflow optimization, and accreditation operations oversight. A key immediate task is to restructure the Accreditation Services department, resolve operational bottlenecks, and document clear Standard Operating Procedures. The role also involves system modernization and automation, particularly in the transition to a centralized Salesforce environment, as well as staff leadership, budget management, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Candidates for the VP of Program Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline, with a preference for those holding PA credentials. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational leadership, enterprise technology functions, and leading organizational change. In-depth knowledge of national accreditation operations, process improvement methodologies, and experience in integrating technology into operational workflows is essential. The role requires a leader who is meticulously organized, detail-oriented, and adept at balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
