HealthPlus Staffing is assisting one of the largest and most established multi-specialty groups in IL with their search for a Primary Care Physician in the city of Mattoon.   • Locations: Mattoon, IL, Urbana IL, Champaign IL
  • Position : Family Medicine or Internal Medicine opportunity 
  • Type: 100% Outpatient
  • Call: 1:5 telephone only, and supported by nurse advisory line
  • Model: Patient Center Medical Home Model
  • Start date: 60-90 Days
  • Schedule: Mon - Fri with flexible scheduling 
  • Job Description: Typical outpatient Primary Care services 
  • Patient Population:  All Ages or Adult Medicine
  • Patient Load: 18-22 PPD
  • EMR : Epic
  • Support: 2 experienced APPs | Full admin staff
  • Compensation/Benefits:  
    • Salary: 327k-365
    • Excellent Benefits
    • Qualifies for RIMSAP/IDPH loan obligation
  • Opportunity to teach Family Medicine residents and medical students
