Business Planning Analyst

We are seeking candidates for the Business Planning Analyst position. This role will support the Senior Business Planning Manager.

You will

• Drive planning, sales and factory communications using the ILNA planning tool, to achieve our internal goals and our customer targets for sales, inventory and service

· Analyze information relative to customer targets

· Work collaboratively with sales, capacity planning, and the customer planning teams

· Validate ILNA planning tool data

· Manage the ILNA planning tool for your assigned business

· Provide shipment, inventory and point of sale analysis for the sales and planning organizations

· Review exception reports to provide guidance to the Sr. Planning Manager about potential issues

· Work closely with the Sr. Business Planning Manager to develop new plans for customers

· Take on new projects as needed to improve ILNA and the planning function

You have strong Microsoft Excel skills and your attention to detail makes you a pro at data analysis. You’re a motivated learner who can roll up your sleeves when needed. You work well in groups of people who are passionate toward a common goal. You’re excited to dive in and contribute to building new processes and businesses, selling through multiple channels and you can be counted on to follow through.

We’d like to see

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of work experience preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
• An energetic self-starter who is motivated and can multi-task

· Strong detail orientation

• Proficient in Excel
• Ability to think analytically
• Experience with AI to improve your analysis and output

· Strong verbal and written communication skills required

· Must be able to work autonomously and collaboratively with a multi-cultural team

• Must excel at time management and be able to work effectively, planning, setting, and delivering within deadlines
• Must have a valid driver’s license
