SWISS CNC MACHINIST / OPERATOR – CITIZEN MACHINES

Universal Punch Corporation – Southern California

Universal Punch Corporation is seeking an experienced Swiss CNC Machinist / Operator to join our manufacturing team.

Position Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Citizen Swiss CNC turning machines
Perform machine setups, offsets, and tool changes
Read and interpret precision manufacturing drawings
Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and other precision measuring equipment
Maintain close tolerances and high-quality finishes
Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
Work with small, high-precision components
Assist with honing operations when required

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience operating Citizen Swiss CNC machines
Swiss CNC setup experience strongly preferred
Programming experience is a plus
Experience with honing equipment is a strong plus
Knowledge of tight-tolerance precision machining
Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
