Project Manager – Healthcare Payer Data Migration Location: NYC area preferred Work from Office : at least 3 days work from office in NYC Industry: Healthcare – Payer is highly preferred Experience: 10 to 15 years We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major data migration initiative for a Healthcare client within the payor industry. The PM will oversee daytoday coordination across internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth execution of multistream data extraction, file transfers, and platform migration activities. Key Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle project management using Waterfall methodology Manage daily project activities, dependencies, risks, and communications Coordinate with data, engineering, QA, operations, and external vendors Oversee data-related workstreams: extraction, mapping, validation, and transfers Maintain project governance: plans, RAID logs, reporting, change control Utilize tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar platforms Experience Healthcare payer or claims operations (nice to have, not required) Familiarity with Snowflake, MuleSoft, Salesforce, and AWS (beneficial) Exposure to Six Sigma (nice to have) and PMO process improvements What We’re Looking For Strong communicator (written and verbal) with excellent stakeholder management Highly organized, detailoriented, and comfortable in complex data environments Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and vendor partners #J-18808-Ljbffr Mindsprint
