I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in investments, giving me a strong financial services background and a passion for helping people make informed decisions. Outside of work, I'm a husband and proud father of three, and spending time with my family is one of my biggest priorities. Role Description

As an Account Associate for David Shin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
