Your new role includes:

• Apartment Turnovers
• Maintenance Repairs
• Preventative Maintenance
• Inspections
• Vendor Coordination
• Resident Relations
• After-hours emergency response/coordination

Who we're looking for:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• A team player with excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills
• A can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience is preferred
• Must possess a valid Iowa driver's license and vehicle insurance
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
