For years, Parma Tavern has been a neighborhood favorite, serving an eclectic mix of Italian-inspired pub fare featuring stone oven pizzas cooked in our 600-degree brick oven, fresh pasta with made-from-scratch sauces, house-ground burgers, shareable appetizers, and an extensive selection of craft beer, wine, and handcrafted cocktails. What We're Looking For Minimum of two years of recent full-service serving experience preferred High-volume restaurant experience is strongly preferred Ability to confidently manage multiple tables while maintaining exceptional service Strong knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and craft cocktails Ability to make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations Excellent menu knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and retain product information Strong attention to detail and order accuracy Exceptional guest service and communication skills Proven ability to multitask while remaining calm under pressure Dependable, punctual, and prepared for every shift Positive attitude with a true team-first mentality Flexible availability, including weekends and late nights Desire to grow with a stable and successful restaurant Position Responsibilities Welcome every guest with friendly, attentive, and genuine hospitality Guide guests through the menu and beverage selections with confidence Recommend food pairings, craft beers, wines, cocktails, and featured menu items Accurately take and enter guest orders into the POS system Manage multiple tables while delivering consistent, attentive service Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience Upsell appetizers, desserts, specialty beverages, and featured menu items Maintain accurate order timing and communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and support staff Deliver food and beverages efficiently while ensuring presentation and accuracy Process guest payments accurately and responsibly Complete opening, running, and closing side work Follow all responsible alcohol service, food safety, sanitation, and company standards Support fellow team members to create a seamless guest experience Schedule & Availability Parma Tavern is busy throughout the day and into the late evening. We are looking for team members who are comfortable working a variety of shifts and understand the demands of a high-volume restaurant. Applicants must have availability for: Lunch service Dinner service Weekend brunch Late-night shifts Weekends and holidays Opening and closing responsibilities as scheduled The strongest candidates are dependable, flexible, and willing to help wherever the business needs them most.
