26-FT BOX TRUCK | OTR | FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITIES

XBC is a  READY-TO-HIRE company. We accept qualified OTR driver applicants daily and are looking for  experienced drivers who are prepared to complete the hiring process and get on the road quickly.

⚠️ IMPORTANT — HOW PLACEMENT WORKS

Once you successfully complete:

INTERVIEW → LOGBOOK TEST → ONBOARDING → APPROVAL

You will be placed into our  ON-CALL DRIVER POOL and contacted as OTR work becomes available daily.

Drivers should be prepared to accept an available assignment  as soon as the same day or within approximately 24–48 hours after onboarding , based on available freight, trucks, scheduling, and operational needs.

BEFORE YOUR INTERVIEW — TEXT ONLY

ALL applicants must submit:

✓ Valid Driver’s License
✓ Current DOT Physical Card
✓ Certified MVR
•  Non-CDL: 3-Year Certified MVR
•  CDL: 7-Year Certified MVR

Once documents are reviewed and approved, qualified candidates may receive a  phone interview within approximately 24 hours.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

✓ OTR experience required
✓ 26-ft box truck experience preferred
✓ Understand DOT compliance
✓ Know how to accurately complete a  paper logbook
✓ Must PASS our  Logbook Test
✓ Dependable and professional
✓ Prepared for full-time OTR travel
✓ Available to begin quickly after onboarding

POSITION DETAILS

• Full-Time OTR opportunities
• Primary operating area:  Midwest through East Coast
• Drivers average approximately 4–5 loads weekly , depending on freight availability and routing
• Weekend-reset hotels provided when applicable
• Weekly compliant-driver bonus opportunities
• Time-off requests should be submitted  at least 1 week in advance
• Approximately 60% of routes may allow a weekend home drop , depending on freight and routing
• Weekly pay —  no standard first-week paycheck hold
