Junior Financial & Accounting Assistant - Tampa, FL Job Description DigitalCM is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Financial & Accounting Assistant to support our finance department with daily accounting, administrative, and financial operations. The ideal candidate will assist with maintaining financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial documentation. Job Summary Accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Help prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and spreadsheets Process invoices and expense reports Support budgeting and forecasting activities Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements Monitor financial transactions for accuracy and compliance Support month-end and year-end closing procedures Perform general administrative duties related to finance operations Job Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Experience with QuickBooks U.S. Citizenship required; must be eligible for a Security Clearance Ability to work on-site in Tampa, FL Preferred Skills Knowledge of basic accounting principles Time management and deadline-driven mindset Customer service and team collaboration skills DigitalCM is an Equal Opportunity employer providing expedited technical and training solutions to a diversified customer base.
