About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 24 months CVICU experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months License: Active license to practice Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Life support certifications from approved vendors - No violations on state license to practice - Driver's license to verify residency - CVICU skills checklist completed in the last 12 months Description: Candidates must have at least 2 years of CVICU experience, focusing on direct open-heart recovery, Impella, and balloon pump experience. Availability for weekends, holidays, and floating as per department guidelines is required. Candidates must be willing to work in various facilities and departments, as well as flexible with shifts. Releases from time-off must not exceed 7 days, and no requests for time-off are allowed during the first week of the assignment. All candidates submitted should be ready to accept the position. Candidates are encouraged to outline their flexibility regarding locations, shifts, and departments to expedite the offer process. Compliance with all background check standards is mandatory. Active certifications from approved vendors for BLS and ACLS are necessary. Please ensure all documentation is up to date and verifiable.
