This role allows you to showcase your excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as you assist guests with orders and resolve any issues that may arise. WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A BARISTA

The Barista is responsible for serving our products with friendly, hospitable, professional, and individualized attention for each customer according to our Service Standards. Take orders, prepare and serve coffee, specialty coffee drinks, tea, and other beverages to customer specifications. Responsible for providing information about our products; operating cash registers and POS systems; maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the working area.

ARE YOU THE BARISTA WE'RE LOOKING FOR? REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Positive and professional attitude. Excellent verbal and written skills. Excellent listening skills Outstanding customer focus and customer service Well-organized and detail-oriented.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Able to work overtime, as needed.
